If a part purchased on Rizebeds.com breaks as a result of defective material or workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you or give you a full refund of your original purchase price (less applicable tax), at our option. This is good for as long as you own the product. Just contact us at warranty@rizebeds.com with your proof of purchase and we'll make sure you get a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Any refunds will be in the form of the original payment.
