We here at Mattress Mars do not want you to worry about having to pay to have someone set up your new bed, that's why we are proud to offer free delivery on orders $799 and up. We will set up your new bed and take away your old one at no charge. Stained or soiled beds will not be removed for health and safety concerns.
**Free Same Day Delivery applies to orders of $799 or more, on available delivery days, Deliveries will be made with merchandise in stock. Get free shipping when you spend $799 or more online & in-store This includes free in-home setup and removal of an old mattress. Some models are excluded from free delivery and some restrictions apply.
Mattress Mars accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 – 7 business days, depending on delivery location and product availability. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Ground
All orders $799+ ship for FREE to the 48 contiguous United States via a Standard Ground Service. Your order will be delivered to your home front or driveway. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-10 full business days.
White-Glove Delivery
White-Glove Delivery items normally arrive in 7-14 business days. White-Glove Delivery is a premium freight delivery service. Items shipped via White Glove Delivery will be delivered to your designated shipping address, brought inside, and carried to the room of your choice within two floors of the main level, no stairs (unless a service elevator is present). The set-up or assembly is included in the White Glove Delivery service. We strongly suggest you save the item's original box for a short time in case a return is required. White-Glove Delivery charges vary according to individual products and exact charges will be noted during your checkout process.
PUERTO RICO, ALASKA, HAWAII OR CANADA
Most items may be shipped to PR, AK, HI or Canada for an additional surcharge. You will be provided with a freight quote over the phone or by email. The total shipping cost of your order is based on the weight of the total order and delivery service.
BILLING AND SHIPPING VERIFICATION
We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. The verified shipping address is the address on file from your credit card company or a manually verified address by Mattress Mars after the order is placed. If the information you provide us does not match, we will not process your order. If an order is placed where the shipping and billing address does not match we will put the order on hold for manual verification. We may require a copy of your identification card to be faxed or emailed to us.
P.O. BOXES / MILITARY APO / FPO ADDRESSES
We are currently unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses at this time. We deliver most of our orders via UPS, FedEx, or Freight Companies, which at this time do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO's, or FPO's.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Please note that expected delivery times will appear on your sales receipt. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Most larger items are delivered by freight companies. Please note that freight deliveries are Monday through Friday only, and they do not deliver on weekends.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 24-48 hours for this order status information to become available. Orders placed for non-custom sized items typically ship within 2 working days. Custom sized orders will be subject to warehouse cutting schedules and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Travel times vary by your shipping point and destination; the average is 4 business days for non-custom sized items. Out of stock inventory may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
We Do not offer international shipping at this time.
PLEASE INSPECT SHIPMENTS BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE -- IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AND UNUSABLE YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT AS ALL CUSTOM-SIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. FOR DAMAGED ITEMS YOU MUST CONTACT AND MAKE A CLAIM WITH UPS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY DATE.
