15-Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is valid for fifteen years from the original date of purchased and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover stains, pilling or tears, improper care, or alternations by an unauthorized representative. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser residing in the U.S. and does not protect counterfeit products or products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
This warranty also covers any mattress purchased on the same receipt as the protector so long as the protector is found to be defective. In cases where the mattress is covered, Malouf™, at its sole discretion, will provide professional cleaning services, replacement of the surface fabric, or replacement of the mattress.
This warranty does not cover:
- Rips, tears, stains, or normal soiling
- Improper laundering (refer to care label for details)
- Damage related to fires, floods, vandalism, or any other loss covered under an insurance policy
- Mattresses not correctly fitted with the mattress protector
- Mattresses used for commercial, institutional, or rental purpose

Malouf™ will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or craftsmanship. At its sole discretion, MaloufTM retains the right to resolve a warranty claim by offering a refund instead of repairing or replacing defective items. In the event a refund is offered, the maximum value the original purchaser receives shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. To submit your warranty claim, email warranty@maloufhome.com. As part of the process, you will be asked to send pictures of the defective protector and affected mattress. If no damage or defects are visible in the photos, you may be asked to send your protector to Malouf™ so our team can do an inspection. You will be responsible for shipping the item back if you choose to proceed with the warranty process at that point. By sending any personal information, the original purchaser expressly consents to Malouf’s Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or inability to use this product. This warranty and any dispute related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, U.S.A, except for its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts in Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to this warranty.
