Most items may be shipped to PR, AK, HI or Canada for an additional surcharge. You will be provided with a freight quote over the phone or by email. The total shipping cost of your order is based on the weight of the total order and delivery service.
BILLING AND SHIPPING VERIFICATION
We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. The verified shipping address is the address on file from your credit card company or a manually verified address by Mattress Mars after the order is placed. If the information you provide us does not match, we will not process your order. If an order is placed where the shipping and billing address does not match we will put the order on hold for manual verification. We may require a copy of your identification card to be faxed or emailed to us.
P.O. BOXES / MILITARY APO / FPO ADDRESSES
We are currently unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses at this time. We deliver most of our orders via UPS, FedEx, or Freight Companies, which at this time do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO's, or FPO's.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Please note that expected delivery times will appear on your sales receipt. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. Most larger items are delivered by freight companies. Please note that freight deliveries are Monday through Friday only, and they do not deliver on weekends.
SHIPPING TIME
Please allow 24-48 hours for this order status information to become available. Orders placed for non-custom sized items typically ship within 2 working days. Custom sized orders will be subject to warehouse cutting schedules and typically ship within 3-5 business days. Travel times vary by your shipping point and destination; the average is 4 business days for non-custom sized items. Out of stock inventory may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT
We Do not offer international shipping at this time.
PLEASE INSPECT SHIPMENTS BEFORE SIGNING FOR YOUR PACKAGE -- IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AND UNUSABLE YOU MUST REFUSE DELIVERY TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT AS ALL CUSTOM-SIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. FOR DAMAGED ITEMS YOU MUST CONTACT AND MAKE A CLAIM WITH UPS WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF DELIVERY DATE.
