If you feel you have not achieved your desired comfort, a ONE-TIME EXCHANGE will be granted. Comfort exchange is a mattress for a mattress. You may select another mattress of equal price. Should you choose to upgrade, simply pay the difference. If the product you reselect is less than your original purchase price, store credits will be given. Please note that our 130 Night Sleep Trial is not valid on clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, or other accessories. All special order sizes (California King, Split Cal King, crib, tri-fold, etc.) for mattresses and foundations are final and not eligible for exchanges or returns. In the state of California, the California king size is not special order and is therefore eligible for applicable comfort guarantee policies. Please note that For purchases made in Mattress Mars showroom, no refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered. Express/Next Day Delivery orders are not eligible for refund or cancellation. A total refund is available only if there has been no delivery and you cancel the sale within 48 hours of the date of purchase. If you do not cancel the sale within 48 hours, but cancel prior to delivery, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded.
We ask our customers to give their new mattress time to adjust to their bodies. It'll take some time for it to adjust to your body, usually around 3-4 weeks. Sleep on it every night for a minimum of 25 nights so your mattress can get to know you and your body. Allow your mattress to settle in and get some oxygen flow, Apply some pressure to loosen it up by walking gently on it or by pressing on it with your hands and feet.
