5-Year Limited Warranty

This warranty is valid for five years from the original date of purchase and covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover stained products, wear and tear, normal changes in softness or resilience, or improper care. Malouf™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if additional exclusions apply. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser residing in the United States or Canada does not protect counterfeit products or products purchased from unauthorized retailers. Malouf™ will repair, replace, or refund any product that proves to be defective in materials or craftsmanship. At its sole discretion, MaloufTM retains the right to resolve a warranty claim by offering a refund instead of repairing or replacing defective items. In the event a refund is offered, the maximum value the original purchaser receives shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
