All special order sizes (California King, Split Cal King, crib, tri-fold, etc.) for mattresses and foundations are final and not eligible for exchanges or returns. In the state of California, the California king size is not special order and is therefore eligible for applicable comfort guarantee policies. We ask our customers to give their new mattress time to adjust to their bodies. It'll take some time for it to adjust to your body, usually around 3-4 weeks. Sleep on it every night for a minimum of 25 nights so your mattress can get to know you and your body. Allow your mattress to settle in and get some oxygen flow, Apply some pressure to loosen it up by walking gently on it or by pressing on it with your hands and feet.
